FirstShield started as a single neighbourhood pharmacy with a simple idea: people should be able to get the medicine they need at a fair price, from someone who knows them.
Today we run four licensed pharmacies: Vadasery, K.P. Road and Kottar in Nagercoil, and Mettur Road in Erode. That idea still guides everything we do. We stock more than 20,000 medicines and health products. When something isn’t on our shelf, we go and find it.

What we stand for
- Genuine medicines only. We buy directly from authorised distributors and store medicines the way manufacturers ask.
- Honest pricing. You’ll see the MRP and the discount we usually give before you even walk in.
- We arrange it. Rare, new or out-of-stock medicines are sourced through our distributor network.
- Care that remembers you. Regular customers get refill reminders and a pharmacist who knows their history.
Licensed and accountable
Every FirstShield store holds valid retail drug licences (Forms 20 and 21) issued by the Tamil Nadu Drugs Control Department. You’ll find the licence numbers on our stores page.
