This policy explains what information FirstShield Pharmacy collects through firstshield.in and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a medicine request, we collect your name, mobile number, the medicines you asked for, your preferred store and any note you add. Searches in the Medicine Finder are not linked to you.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request: to confirm price and availability, arrange the medicine and tell you when it’s ready. We may also use your purchase history to send refill reminders if you ask for them. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.
