Description

Neocate LCP Infant Formula Powder is a specialized, amino acid-based formula designed for infants aged 0 to 12 months who have cow’s milk allergy, multiple food protein allergies, or other conditions requiring an amino acid diet.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Wash hands thoroughly and sterilize all feeding equipment.
2. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool to approximately body temperature.
3. Pour the required amount of cooled, boiled water into a sterilized feeding bottle.
4. Add the prescribed number of level scoops of Neocate LCP to the water. Each level scoop (4.5g) is to be added to 30ml of water.
5. Replace the cap on the bottle and shake well until the powder dissolves.
6. Before feeding, ensure the formula is at the correct temperature by placing a few drops on the wrist.

Storage:

• Store unopened cans in a cool, dry place.
• Once opened, reseal the can and store in a cool, dry place (not in the refrigerator) and use within 4 weeks.

• This product is for special medical purposes and should be used under medical supervision.
• Do not boil formula or use a microwave to prepare or warm formula.
• Formula remaining in the bottle after one hour of feeding should be discarded.
